The final shows have been posted and the 2009 Performance Horse Registry’s (PHR) Silver Stirrup Award winners have been announced. Last year, the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA) Open Hunter Task Force began re-organizing the separate hunter sections of the USEF Rule Book .
