George Williams has dedicated his life to the sport of dressage, having competed both nationally and internationally at the highest levels. He began his riding career in Europe and trained with the Tempel Lipizzans for almost 20 years. He then proceeded to represent the U.S. Dressage Team in international competition in the early 2000s with appearances at FEI World Cup Finals and Aachen. 

With Rocher, Williams finished fifth in the 2003 FEI Dressage World Cup in Sweden and also was a membe rof the bronze medal team at the 2005 CHIO Aachen. He currently serves as the US Equestrian Dressage Youth Coach, as well as the High Performance & Pathway Development Advisor. Williams is also currently serving his fourth term as President of the United States Dressage Federation. 

Laura Roberts began working for US Equestrian in 2018 as the Director of Dressage Performance and Event Support and also serves as the Para-Equestrian Centers of Excellence Coordinator. She has been involved with the Olympic movement since 2013, working for USA Karate and then U.S. Figure Skating. Roberts served as the Team USA Coordinator for the U.S. Figure Skating Team at the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Games. In her current role at US Equestrian, Roberts is responsible for assisting the Managing Director of Dressage with logistics in regards to high performance competitions, provides logistical support to owners and support to competition management and liaises to multiple working groups of the Dressage Sport Committee. In Lima, Roberts will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the team leading up to and during the Pan American Games. Roberts is an accomplished equestrian in her own right, competing in the eventing discipline through the CCI3*-L level. In 2009, Roberts competed at the North American Youth Championships in eventing and claimed team and individual gold. She graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a dual emphasis in Sport Management & Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration.

Codi Harrison had a successful career in the youth and junior divisions, competing at the FEI North American Youth Championships four times between 2011 and 2017, including winning team bronze in 2016. In 2018, Harrison and Katholt’s Bossco won the USEF Young Adult Brentina Cup National Championship at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions.

Based in Wellington, Fla., Harrison had a successful run at the Adequan^® Global Dressage Festival (AGDF) in the CDI-U25 division with Katholt’s Bossco, winning grands prix in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Harrison and Katholt's Bossco helped the U.S. Dressage U25 Team clinch second-place finish in FEI CDIO-U25 Nations Cup at the 2021 Stillpoint Farm FEI Dressage Nations Cup™ CDIO3* USA, finishing third in the FEI Intermediate II Test and second in the FEI Grand Prix 16-25 Test and FEI Grand Prix Freestyle.

In 2022, Harrison and Katholt's Bossco scored numerous top placings at the Grand Prix level, highlighted by second place in the CDI3* FEI Grand Prix Test at AGDF 7 and the CDI-W FEI Grand Prix Test at TerraNova Dressage II.

Harrison and Katholt's Bossco had a strong start to 2023, including a win in the CDI3* FEI Grand Prix Special at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby. Next, the duo won the Neue Schule/USEF Grand Prix Dressage National Championship at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions. 

 

Anna Marek is a professional dressage trainer and instructor based out of Reddick, Fla., in the Ocala area. Marek has earned FEI Grand Prix wins in the international arena throughout her career, with 43 international victories in nearly 200 starts.  

Since her international debut, Marek has collected numerous CDI3* wins on her mounts including Dee Clair, Duvel and Fire Fly. With Fire Fly, Marek helped the team earn silver in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA CDIO3* with The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team. After an impressive spring campaign, the pair were selected to represent the U.S. Dressage Team at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games. In Marek’s senior championship debut, her and Fire Fly helped the team earn gold and took home individual bronze in the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle.  

With Fayvel, the partnership started with a handful of successful competitions at the Grand Prix level with their debut in 2023. Together, Marek and Fayvel won the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-W at WEC Ocala, and in 2024, the pair finished as the highest-placed U.S. combination on the final day of competition at the 2024 FEI Dressage World Cup Final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  

Aboard Fire Fly, Marek was selected to represent The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team at the 2024 CHIO Aachen Dressage Nations Cup CDIO5* aboard Fire Fly. The pair were also selected to the U.S. Dressage Olympic Short List prior to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. 

Christian Simonson started riding at the age of six and competing at national dressage shows at the age of 13. He moved up the levels and began competing in FEI competitions in 2016, which was the start of an illustrious youth career. 

Simonson attended four FEI North American Youth Championships, earning junior team gold and individual silver with Herzkonig in 2017, young rider team silver with FRH Rassolini in 2018, and young rider team gold, individual golds with Zeaball Diawind in 2021. Simonson rode Zeaball Diawind to the Horseware Ireland/USEF Young Rider Dressage National Championship title at the 2021 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions.  

Simonson went on to compete three times at Future Champions CDIY in Hagen, Germany, from 2021 through 2023, as part of the U.S. Dressage Young Rider European Tour, helping collect team bronze in 2021 with Zeaball Diawind and in 2023 with Son of a Lady. Also, Simonson rode in the CDIY division at the CHIO Aachen World Equestrian Festival in 2022 and 2023, finishing third in the FEI Young Riders Freestyle both times with Son of a Lady. 

In 2023, Simonson made his senior team debut at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup™ USA, winning team silver and individual gold in the FEI Intermediate I Freestyle with Son of a Lady. Later, the pair won the Neue Schule/USEF Intermediaire I Dressage National Championship at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions. 

Simonson made his senior team debut for the U.S. Dressage Team at the 2023 Pan American Games Santiago with Son of a Lady, where the combination helped the team secure gold medal honors. Following the Pan American Games, Simonson turned his focus to developing himself as a rider at the Grand Prix level, competing with Son of a Lady in FEI U25 competition, which included a string of nine consecutive wins.  

In late 2024, it was announced Simonson would take over the ride on Dutch Olympic mount, Indian Rock, purchased by Zen Elite Equestrian Center, to help jumpstart his career as a professional athlete. Together, the pair began to amass strong international results at the Grand Prix level, which included numerous wins on their journey to qualify for the 2026 FEI Dressage World Cup Final hosted in Ft. Worth, Texas.  

The pair qualified as the top North American combination for the 2026 FEI Dressage World Cup Final after an impressive start to their 2026 campaign, which  saw the pair finish in on the podium in both classes at the FEI Dressage World Cup Final – the best finish for any U.S. combination at the event in nearly a decade. 

Simonson competed both Grand Prix mounts, Indian Rock and Fleau de Baian at the 2026 USEF Grand Prix Dressage National Championship in Ocala, Fla., where both horses finished with strong scores in the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special. With Fleau de Baian, the pair won the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle to conclude the championships and was subsequently named to the U.S. Dressage Team Short List for the 2026 FEI Dressage World Championships in Aachen, Germany, with both Indian Rock and Fleau de Baian.  

With Fleau de Baian, Simonson was named to the U.S. Dressage Team for the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Hagen CDIO4*, where the pair helped the team earn third overall for bronze, while also finishing on the podium individually in the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle CDIO4*.

Sarah Tubman is a United States Dressage Federation Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist based at Donato Farms in Wellington, Fla. Tubman grew up in northern Nevada, always riding. She participated in the United States Pony Club and began her FEI career in 2003 in the eventing discipline, finishing third at her first CCI2*-L at 15 years old. Tubman competed at her first CDI1* in 2013. Since then, Tubman has consistently placed in the top 15 at the FEI and national level. She has a particular passion for developing young horses and producing them to their full potential in the sport of dressage.

Tubman began working with First Apple in 2018 and had an instant connection with him. In 2019, the pair had numerous wins. Tubman and First Apple made their international competition debut at Dressage Affair, winning the CDI1* FEI Prix St. Georges and FEI Intermediate I. Soon after, they competed at the Adequan^® West Coast Dressage Festival, sweeping the Small Tour classes. Tubman and First Apple made their senior team debut at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games a memorable one by helping the U.S. collect team silver and earning individual gold. 

In 2020, Tubman and First Apple stepped up to the Big Tour, highlighted by winning the CDI3* FEI Grand Prix Special at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby. The following year, the duo continued to develop into solid competitors at the top level of the sport.

In 2022, Tubman and First Apple finished in the top five over several weeks at the Adequan^® Global Dressage Festival (AGDF) to start the season. They headed to Europe for the summer, competing in Achleiten, Austria; Aachen, Germany; and Kronberg, Germany; with finishes in the top 15 and a second-place finish in the Achleiten CDI4* FEI Grand Prix Test being their top placing. Tubman and First Apple returned to the U.S. and won all but one class, where they finished second, during the fall.

In 2023, the pair were in the top eight throughout the AGDF to begin the year. Tubman and First Apple headed to Germany for the summer to compete, earning a third-place finish in the CDI3* FEI Grand Prix Special in Hagen, Germany. They were named to The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team for the FEI Dressage Nations Cup CDIO5* at CHIO Aachen World Equestrian Festival, where the team finished eighth in a world-class field.
