Law began ridingin the U.K. at the age of ten and quickly established himself as a top talent for Team Great Britain. He is an individual Olympic gold medalist (2004) and Olympic team silver medalist (2000, 2004) representing Great Britain. Law represented Team GB at two European Championships in 2001 and 2003, and the FEI Eventing World Championships in 2002 in Jerez, Spain. Law has been based in the U.S. for nearly three decades and is a highly sought after coach and mentor in the U.S. 

Law has been a staple within the USEF Eventing High Performance Programs for over a decade, overseeing the USEF Eventing Development Program and supporting USEF Elite and Pre-Elite combinations. Law has supported the U.S. Eventing Development Team with top results at international team competitions such as Boekelo CCIO4*-L, Sztregom CCIO4*-S, Millstreet CCIO4*-S, Bramham, Bicton, and Houghton Hall. 

Most recently, Law accepted the position of USEF Eventing Team Chef d'Equipe and High Performance Manager. Law still actively competes at the FEI level as time allows.
