The Board of Directors of the American Saddlebred Horse Association(ASHA), Inc., completed the internal corporate reorganization of its governance structure Tuesday, March 29. Lexington, Ky. - Effective December 1, 2014, and for the 2015 competition year, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has implemented withdrawal practices following Intraarticular Injections and Shockwave Therapy as a result of rule changes passed at the USEF Annual Meeting in January, 2014.
