Rule Clarification Regarding the USHJA National Hunter Classics

In light of recent confusion about the intent of the USHJA National Hunter Classics (HU189), the USEF Executive Committee approved a clarification submitted by the United States Hunter Jumper Association during a call on May 17, 2010. The new language clarifies these classes are intended to give Zone points and not National Horse of the Year points.
