The Rocking Horse Fall Horse Trials in Altoona, FL, has added a training-three day division to its line-up of divisions. In the past, the Fall Horse Trials at the Florida Horse Park has offered a training three-day, but is unable to have one this year due to changes in scheduling and management. Luckily Rocking Horse has taken the reins, and Area III will still be able to have a T3DE in its fall season.
