Updates to US Equestrian Vaulting Grants for CVI Organizers, Licensed Officials and Athletes

Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian encourages competition organizers, licensed officials, and athletes in the vaulting community to review the updated grant criteria for the 2026 competition year. The USEF Vaulting Sport Committee recently reviewed the discipline grant programs and made changes to more strategically allocate funding. An overview of the grant applications is outlined below.

General Athlete Grants
Athletes interested in being considered for a grant for travel associated with training or competition should submit applications by March 1, 2026, for travel taking place between December 1, 2025, and November 30, 2026. Athlete travel grants for the FEI World Championships and FEI World Cup Finals are separate from this application process and will be communicated directly to selected athletes.

Licensed Officials Grants 
Licensed officials must submit applications by December 1, 2025, to be considered for grant allocations for travel taking place between December 1, 2025, and May 30, 2026. Applications are due June 1, 2026, for travel taking place between June 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026. These grants are offered to support licensed officials in achieving education requirements to gain or maintain their license.

CVI Organizer Grants
Competition organizers must submit applications by December 1, 2025, to be considered for grant allocations for U.S. CVIs being held between December 1, 2025, and November 30, 2026. These grants are offered to financially support CVIs held in the U.S.
