Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian is reminding the U.S. Vaulting community that the deadline to apply for the Licensed Official Grant is June 1, 2026. This is an important opportunity for vaulting official applicants and current officials seeking a promotion to receive financial support as they work toward meeting their application requirements.
What Is the Licensed Official Grant?
The USEF Licensed Official Grant is designed to reduce financial barriers for USEF and U.S. FEI Vaulting officials looking to complete the requirements for a new license or a promotion. Funding can be used to attend an education session or apprentice at a location that would otherwise be out of reach, making it a valuable resource for officials looking to advance their credentials.
Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible, applicants must:
-
Be in good standing with USEF and, if applicable, the FEI at the time of application
-
Be seeking a USEF or FEI vaulting license or promotion
-
Adhere to all applicable USEF and/or FEI requirements and trainings for their role
Important Deadlines and Requirements
The June 1 deadline covers the grant period of June 1 through November 30, 2026. If selected, all documents must be completed within the stated timeframe of notification. All receipts for reimbursement must be submitted by November 1, 2026. Only receipts submitted by that date will be reimbursed, up to the amount of the grant awarded.
Please note that funding is limited, and grants are not guaranteed. All grants are subject to approval by the USEF Vaulting Sport Committee.
How to Apply
Completed applications must be submitted in full by June 1, 2026. The application can be viewed here. If you have any questions, contact Brynn LaSala, Sport Operations Manager at [email protected].
