Lexington, KY - The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has announced the 2011 Triple Point Competitions for the Saddlebred, Hackney and Roadster Divisions of the Horse of the Year Awards. Each year, the Saddlebred Committee votes to award "triple point" status to one competition in each of their 12 regions. The 2011 USEF Rulebook is now available on our website at https://www.usef.org/_IFrames/Rulebook/2011.aspx. All rules shown in red became effective 12/1/10. The chapters are in searchable PDF format, which are easily printable if needed. If you have a USB flash drive version of the rule book, please update it at least once a month. In addition to any possible new rules or corrections, the licensed officials’ roster is also available on the USB drive.
