The leading breeder ranking is based on points earned in licensed USEF competitions. In order to earn points, horses must be recorded with USEF and their owner must be a member. Additionally, breeders must be in good current standing with USEF and properly linked to their bred horses to display on the ranking. The calculations are determined by using USEFs Horse of the Year point scale. Point increments can be found in the USEF Rulebook.
