Olivia Dutton was lucky enough to grow up in the sport of Eventing and caught a love for horses and the sport very early on in life. Growing up she watched and was alongside her dad, Phillip Dutton, at the biggest and best events in the world, which acted as a strong motivator as she wanted to get there herself. Dutton has been lucky enough to ride some amazing horses that have helped show her the ropes, especially her current partner Sea of Clouds, owned by the Sea of Clouds Partnership. Together Olivia and Sea of Clouds have completed numerous 4* tracks including Bromont International and Military Boekelo-Enschede.

In 2025, Dutton picked up the ride on Jewelent, owned by the Jewelent Group. Dutton and Jewelent took home their first podium finish after coming in 3rd at the Maryland CCI3*-L at Fair Hill in October 2025. The following year, Dutton and Jewelent were named to the U.S. Team for the inaugural FEI World Championship U25 held at Millstreet International Horse Trials in Co. Cork, IRL where the pair secured individual bronze. Dutton hopes to be on as many U.S teams as she can in the future and be the best horsewomen she can be.
