Since 1992, young dressage horses have converged at the World Breeding Dressage Championships to gauge their development among the world’s elite. Judges evaluate the horses on overall impression as a dressage horse in the five-, six-, and seven-year-old divisions.

FOR YOUNG HORSES IN DRESSAGE (Five, Six, and Seven Year Olds)

In order to be considered for the Nominate Entry for the FEI WBD Championships, an Application of Intent must be completed and submitted to US Equestrian Federation, Inc. (USEF). If this Application of Intent is received by March 16, 2021 it will be free of charge. If received after March 16, 2021 but received by USEF on or before May 18, 2021, the Application of Intent will be charged a late fee of $300. No Application of Intent will be accepted after May 18, 2021. The Application of Intent form will be available on the USEF website after January 1, 2021. A confirmation email will be sent to the athlete once the Application of Intent has been received.
