Robert Dover has served in the role as Technical Advisor and Chef d’Equipe for The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team since 2013. Under his leadership, the U.S. Dressage Team returned to the podium at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, where the team won a bronze medal. Additionally, in 2015 Dover coached the U.S. Dressage Team to a gold medal at the Pan American Games. A six-time Olympian and four-time Olympic bronze medalist, Dover has earned more honors than any other U.S. dressage rider, competing in six consecutive Olympic Games and four FEI World Equestrian Games. He also became the first American since 1960 to win the Aachen Grand Prix in 1987; something Dover considers as a distinguished moment in his career. In conjunction with his role in coaching the U.S. Dressage Team, Dover has been responsible for assisting in the growth of the development and pipeline programs, focused on raising the standard of excellence across all levels of dressage in the U.S. In addition, Dover was tasked with fundraising for the High Performance competitive and training programs. He will step down from his technical advisor and chef d’equipe role following the conclusion of the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018.

Hallye Griffin grew up in Lexington, Ky., competing in the discipline of eventing and as a member of the United States Pony Club. She attended Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky., and majored in Political Science. Beginning her employment in the 2010 Alltech® FEI World Equestrian Games Organizing Committee in the Competition Department, in 2011, Griffin joined US Equestrian as the Director of Dressage National Programs. Following the 2015 Pan American Games, Griffin was promoted to Managing Director, Dressage. Griffin’s role as team leader includes managing all logistics around the selection process and preparation for the Olympics, as well as coordinating the day-to-day plans for the U.S. Dressage Team while at the Olympics.

A hairdresser, who left her profession to pursue her dreams, Laura Graves is an accomplished international competitor. Graves brought her mount Verdades, up the levels herself with the guidance of trainers after her mother picked him out in a video as a foal. Their standout performances on U.S. soil in 2012 and 2013 earned them a spot on the Short List for the U.S. Dressage Team for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, enabling them to compete in Europe for the first time. Since then, she has been ranked as high as the number two dressage athlete in the world. Graves has been a valuable member of The Dutta. Corp. U.S. Dressage Team, competing on numerous nations cup teams. In 2018, she was named to her second WEG team having earned a team silver in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany with Verdades. Throughout 2018, Graves and Verdades have earned eight first-place finishes both in the U.S. and abroad. This accomplishment included wins in the Grand Prix CDI-W and Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-W during week three of the 2018 Adequan® Global Dressage Festival (AGDF); the Grand Prix CDI5* and Grand Prix Freestyle CDI5* during week five of the 2018 AGDF; the Grand Prix CDI-W and Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-W during week eight of the 2018 AGDF; the Grand Prix at the 2018 FEI World Cup™ Dressage Finals; and the Grand Prix CDIO5* at the 2018 CHIO Aachen.

Born and raised in Whidbey Island, Wash., horses have always been a part of Adrienne Lyle’s life. Beginning in the United States Pony Club, and growing up with only occasional group riding lessons, Lyle qualified for and competed in the North American Youth Championship in 2004 riding Miguel. She went on to ride with her future coach, Olympian Debbie McDonald, as a working student in 2005.

In 2006, Lyle earned the ride on Wizard, the 1999 Oldenburg gelding, owned by Peggy and Parry Thomas. The combination would move to the Grand Prix level together and win numerous prestigious titles, including the 2008 USEF Young Adult Brentina Cup. In 2012, they represented the U.S. at the Olympics in London, and in 2014 competed at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games™ in Normandy.

In 2018, Lyle and Salvino competed on all three U.S. Dressage Nations Cup teams, helping the U.S. earn gold at FEI Dressage Nations Cup™ USA, bronze at FEI Dressage Nations Cup The Netherlands, and silver at FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany before being named to the team that ultimately won the team silver medal at the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018.

Lyle and Salvino were part of the bronze medal-winning team at the 2019 FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany CDIO5* at CHIO Aachen. In 2020, Lyle rode Harmony’s Duval on the team that won gold at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA CDIO3* in Wellington, Fla. The pair repeated the feat at the 2021 FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA, where they also swept the individual standings in the FEI Grand Prix, FEI Grand Prix Special, and FEI Grand Prix Freestyle to Music.

Lyle and Salvino went on to be named to the team for the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, where they won the team silver medal. In 2022, the pair traveled to CHIO Aachen where they finished in second place in the CDI4* FEI Grand Prix. They were selected for the U.S. Dressage Team at the FEI World Championships in Denmark that year. Lyle was the 2022 USEF International Equestrian of the Year. The duo also won the both the FEI Grand Qualifier and FEI Grand Prix Freestyle at the start of 2023.

2024 was a successful year for Lyle. She competed with new partner, Helix, winning the CDI4* FEI Grand Prix and FEI Grand Prix Special at Terranova and WEC in April and May. Helix made his Olympic debut with Lyle at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. The duo finished 2024 with a win in both the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle at the World Cup Qualifer at WEC. 

Kasey Perry-Glass is a decorated international athlete and Olympic bronze medalist.  At the age of 14, Perry-Glass began to focus on her career in dressage and would go on to train full-time with Debbie McDonald after competing in Europe for a spot on the U.S. Dressage Pan American team.  

She then joined the ranks of international elite equestrian athletes in 2016 when her mount Goerklintgaards Dublet, a 2003 Danish Warmblood gelding (Diamond Hit x Ferro) co-owned by Perry-Glass and Diane Perry, made their international debut with a break-out second place finish in the CDI3* Grand Prix at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival. The pair continued to impress at Grand Prix, ultimately setting themselves up to become one of the U.S. Dressage program’s top combinations.  

After a string of consistent performances, the pair earned themselves a spot on the U.S. Dressage Team for 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. “Dublet” and Perry-Glass helped the U.S. Dressage Team win a bronze medal with a final score of 76.667% in the team event.  

After taking a short break from competition, Perry-Glass returned to take home a seventh-place finish in the FEI Grand Prix Final at the FEI World Cup™ Finals Omaha 2017 with a score of 73.828%. Her success continued as she represented The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team across several FEI Dressage Nations Cups including Rotterdam, CHIO Aachen, and Hagen.  

In 2018, she was a key player to The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team securing the U.S. team Olympic qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and helped earn the team silver medal at the FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG) Tryon. Marking her fifth major national championship appearance, Perry-Glass and Dublet took home fifth at the 2019 Longines FEI World Cup Finals in Gothenburg. 

Making her return to top international competition in 2024 with new mount Heartbeat W.P., a 2012 KWPN gelding (Charmeur x Olympic Ferro) owned by Diane Perry, the duo had their first international podium finish at the Hagen CDI3* in the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle.  

In 2025, they closed out the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival by topping the podium after scoring a 75.915% in the FEI Grand Prix Freestyle CDI4*, claiming her first US Equestrian Open Dressage Series Qualifier win. Shortly after, she was selected to compete on the senior team at the CHIO Aachen Nations Cup CDIO5* as part of The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team. 

With such a successful start to their 2026 season, Perry-Glass and Heartbeat W.P. continue to be strong players for the U.S. Dressage program, and most recently earned an individual high score of 71.341% at Hagen CDI4* Grand Prix Special amongst an extremely competitive international field. 

In November 2021, Kasey and her husband Dana welcomed their first child, daughter Tru Lynn Glass. 

Born in Wesel, Germany, Steffen Peters came to the United States in 1984 to work for trainer Laurie Falvo in San Diego. Southern California was a good fit for Peters, and he made the decision to stay, becoming a U.S. citizen in 1992. He has been one of the country’s top international dressage competitors ever since, having represented the U.S. at five Olympic Games, five FEI World Championships, and two Pan American Games.

Peters rode his KWPN gelding, Udon, to team bronze in his first Olympic outing in the Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games. With Legolas 92, he won team and individual gold at the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games and team bronze at the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympics. With his longtime mount, Ravel, the KWPN gelding owned by Akiko Yamazaki, he won the FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final in 2009 and individual bronze at the 2010 WEG in Lexington. He has been recognized for his accomplishments with three USEF Equestrian of the Year titles, in 2008, 2009, and 2011.

Peters has built a phenomenal record with his current top horse, Suppenkasper, a KWPN gelding owned by Akiko Yamazaki and Four Winds Farm. In their first year together, they helped the U.S. team earn silver at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018.

Peters and Suppenkasper were part of the silver medal-winning U.S. Dressage Team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, where they also placed in the top 10 in the Grand Prix Special and Grand Prix Freestyle to Music.

In 2022, Peters and Suppenkasper swept the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special CDI3* close to home in Thermal and Temecula, Calif., before traveling to compete in Europe for the summer. They represented the U.S. at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany CDIO5* at CHIO Aachen, then went on to win the Kronberg CDI4* Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle in July. The pair again represented the U.S. at the ECCO FEI World Championships in Herning, Denmark.

Peters and his wife Shannon, a U.S. Dressage Federation bronze, silver, and gold medalist and three-time National Championships competitor, operate SPeters Dressage out of Arroyo Del Mar in San Diego, Calif.
