Robert Ridland

The jumping community always knew Robert Ridland as a great rider, but now they also see him as the brilliant, strategic mind guiding the U.S. Jumping team to unprecedented success. Ridland brings several decades of international experience both as an athlete and coach to the role of Chef d'Equipe. As an athlete he competed in the Montreal 1976 Olympic Games and won several grand prix competitions throughout his riding career. Ridland has been extensively involved in the governance of the sport, including several terms as a board member of US Equestrian and the United States Equestrian Team Foundation.

Dinan has been a standout athlete since her youth, having competing and participated in the U.S. Jumping Pathway Programs, and representing the U.S. at the Senior Team level since XX. With partner, Out of the Blue SCF, Dinan has secured some of the top finishes in her career at the CSI5* level, including a third place finish at this year's 2026 FEI Jumping World Cup Final, as well as a top-ten finish at the event in 2025. She and Out of the Blue SCF most recently helped the Icon Global U.S. Jumping Team secure second in the FEI Longines League of Nations Rotterdam CSIO5* and represented the U.S. in the Jumping Nations Cup St. Gallen CSIO5*.

Out of the Blue SCF has been a career-shaping horse for Katie Dinan, with the pair producing strong finishes in CSI5* competition, as well as at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final in both 2025 and 2026. Bred in the U.S. by Spy Coast Farm, Out of the Blue SCF started her career under the guidance of Shane Sweetnam (IRL) before transitioning to Katie Dinan's string in early 2024. With Dinan, Out of the Blue SCF has hit her stride and represented the U.S. in major team competitions around the world.

Lillie Keenan

Lillie Keenan had a phenomenal youth career, winning team gold at the FEI North American Youth Championship in 2012 and both team and individual gold in 2013. She was also a standout equitation rider and won numerous titles in that division, including the USEF Hunter Seat Medal Finals and ASPCA Maclay Finals in 2013. Since then, Keenan has represented the U.S. on several Nations Cups teams, including as a member of the team that took bronze at the FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ Final in Barcelona in 2016. She was also part of the winning team at Spruce Meadows in 2017 aboard Fibonacci 17. She piloted Super Sox as part of the all-female team that won the Aga Khan Cup at the Dublin Horse Show in 2017. She has represented the U.S. Jumping Team at multiple Nations Cups and championships, including the 2022 FEI Jumping World Championships. Keenan graduated from Harvard University in 2019 with a degree in History of Science.

Fasther has long been a staple in Lillie Keenan's top string of horses. Joining the Chansonette Farm family in 2019, Fasther and Keenan have enjoyed major successes together through their tenured partnership. Keenan debuted with Fasther in the winter of 2019, and the pair picked up strong finishes in international competition across the U.S., including at Old Salem and Devon. The duo has an experienced and established partnership, which has seen them compete around the world representing the United States. Laura Kraut

Laura Kraut is a four-time Olympian, including a team gold medalist at the 2008 Beijing Games and a team silver medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Games. She was a member of the gold-medal winning NetJets® U.S. Jumping Team for the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018, as well as a WEG Lexington 2010 team member, and WEG Aachen 2006 team silver medalist. Kraut has been a member of numerous medal-winning FEI Nations Cup teams, including a member of the historic first all-women’s FEI Nations Cup CSIO5* Dublin gold-medal winning team and recipient of the Aga Khan Trophy in 2017. More recently, Kraut helped the team earn gold at the 2023 Santiago Pan American Games, where she finished fourth individually with Dorado 212. She was selected to represent the U.S. Jumping Team at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, with Baloutinue where they helped the team earn their third consecutive Olympic team silver medal.

Bisquetta has become a mainstay in Laura Kraut's impressive string of top international horses. Kraut and Bisquetta have amassed several top results at the 5* level over the past two years, including their historic finish in the Grand Prix of Dublin CSIO5*, finishing as the only clear round in the class and jumping a double clear for the U.S. Jumping Team in the Nations Cup of Aachen CSIO5*, where the team finished atop the podium.

Marilyn Little

Marilyn Little has been a dual-discipline competitor, but more recently transitioned her career back to jumping. An individual Pan American Games gold medalist in eventing, Little has bolstered her string of international jumping talents and has become a major contributor for the Icon Global U.S. Jumping Team.

 

La Contessa

La Contessa joined Marilyn Little's string in early 2024, marking Little's return to international jumping. The pair began producing results quickly at the 2*/3* levels. In 2025, the duo captured their first podium result at the CSI4* level in Wellington, Fla. Little and La Contessa have been major players for the Icon Global U.S. Jumping Team in 2026, having jumped in numerous CSIO4* and CSIO5* Nations Cup competitions.

Ward is a six-time Olympian, including as a member of the gold-medal-winning U.S. teams in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 with his longtime mount, Sapphire. With HH Azur, he was part of the U.S. team that took silver at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ward was also a team silver medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games riding Contagious and most recently earned team silver once again, this time aboard Ilex at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

 

High Star Hero

High Star Hero joined McLain Ward's string in the summer of 2024, after having been campaigned by Thaisa Erwin (AUS). The pair immediately clicked, notching their first CSI5* victory in August at the Hampton Classic, just a few weeks after their partnership began. The duo have notched top finishes at major CSI5* events, including wins in Rome, La Baule, Aachen, WEF, and Santa Anita. The pair have been impressive in their consistency, finishing inside of the top ten more than 17 times at the CSI5* level.
