Will Coleman was part of the U.S. eventing team at the London 2012 Olympic Games with Twizzel and the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018 with Tight Lines. In 2021, Coleman and Off The Record became the first-ever U.S. winners of the CCIO4*-S at CHIO Aachen. The pair went on to compete as part of the silver medal-winning U.S. team at the 2022 FEI Eventing World Championship in Pratoni del Vivaro, Italy. In 2025, Coleman and Off the Record finished as runners-up in the inaugural US Equestrian Open Eventing Final CCI4*-L at Morven Park in Leesburg, Va. Coleman and Diabolo reached a career milestone in 2026 by winning the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI5*-L, becoming the first horse-and-rider combination to win both the Lexington CCI4*-S and the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI5*-L in different years, and just the second U.S. combination to win the CCI5*-L in the past fifteen years. Coleman had a stellar 2024 season with both Off the Record and new mount, Diabolo. The pair finished one-two at the competitive CCI4*-S at the Kentucky Three-Day Event. Ultimately, Coleman was selected to his second U.S. Olympic Eventing Team, but unfortunately withdrew his mount Diabolo before the start of competition.
