Bisquetta joined Laura Kraut's string late in 2021, having jumped successfully in Young Horse classes across Europe. The pair quickly formed a partnership, with Kraut's keen horsemanship meshing immediately with Bisquetta's fiery nature. The pair started to hit their stride at the CSI4*/5* levels in 2023, where they were consistently finishing inside of the top ten in international 1.45m and 1.50m classes. 

The pair's 2024 season featured several key placings at the 1.60m level, including two top ten finishes in CSI5* Grand Prixs during week seven and week twelve at WEF. 

2025 was a break out year for the combination, with Kraut amassing some of her top career results aboard Bisquetta. The duo finished fourth in the FEI World Cup Qualifier CSI5* in Thermal, Calif., at the beginning of the year before notching a second place finish in the $1,000,000 Rolex Grand Prix CSI5* to conclude the Winter Equestrian Festival. The pair went on to help the U.S. Jumping Team secure a team win in the Nations Cup of Rome CSIO5* and in the Mercedes Benz Nations Cup of Aachen CSIO5*. The pair's highlight win in 2025, came in Dublin, as they were the only combination to produce a clear round to win the Rolex Grand Prix of Dublin CSIO5*. They capped their year off with another CSI5* win, this time in the $750,000 Coachella Cup Grand Prix CSI5* in Thermal, Calif. 

In 2026, the pair have continued to produce strong results, including a top five finish in the week nine Grand Prix CSI5* at WEF and a top ten finish in the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen CSIO5*.
