Charlotte Bredahl was appointed as the U.S. Dressage Development Coach in December 2018. Bredahl took over for the newly appointed U.S. Dressage Technical Advisor and Chef d’Equipe, Debbie McDonald, who previously held the position of Development Coach. Bredahl’s standing relationship with the athletes, her strong communication skills, and her knowledge and understanding of the sport made her the strongest candidate for the position.

Lauren Asher (Wellington, Fla.), a USEF Dressage Development Program athlete and individual silver medalist at the 2017 Adequan® FEI North American Youth Championships (NAYC) presented by Gotham North, rides Select Equine International’s West Side. She and the 16-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding won the CDIU25 Grand Prix Freestyle during AGDF 7, and most recently were a part of the gold-medal winning U.S. CDIO-U25 Team at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA at AGDF 10.

Gluch (Wellington, Fla.), a Discover Dressage™ USEF/USDF Emerging Athlete Program participant and member of the 2017 gold-medal winning, 2018 silver-medal winning, and 2019 gold-medal winning CDIO-U25 Nations Cup teams, rides Bolero XCLVII. The 2016 U.S. Young Rider European Tour participant and Hampton Green Farm’s 14-year-old P.R.E. stallion recently won the Intermediate II and placed second in the Grand Prix CDI-U25 during AGDF 5.

Pai (Wellington, Fla.), was the 2015 NAYC individual gold medalist. The Discover Dressage™ USEF/USDF Emerging Athlete Program participant and 2017 USEF Young Adult ‘Brentina Cup’ Dressage Reserve National Champion recently won the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle CDI-U25 during AGDF 8 and was part of the gold-medal winning U.S. CDIO-U25 Team at the FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA during AGDF 10.
