For Memory 4 joined Cynthia Screnci as one of her top horses in late 2023, starting their journey with a win in the CPEDI2* in Mill Spring, NC. The duo then went on to secure multiple wins in the CPEDI 3* Para Grand Prix in Wellington, Fla., Ocala Fla., Ottawa, CAN., and Mill Spring, NC. 

The duo was selected for the 2024 U.S. Paralympic Dressage Team Short List for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.  

For Memory 4 made his team debut in early 2025 when he and Screnci were selected to represent the United States on the U.S. Para Dressage Team at the first CPEDI3* at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington Fla., where they helped the team secure victory. The duo was selected to compete in the FEI Para Grade V Grand Prix A & B Test and Freestyle, where they helped the team to their second consecutive victory of 2025.
