El Corona Texel started his career in Europe as a top dressage prospect before being purchased as an international mount by Rowan O'Riley for Paralympian Rebecca Hart. “Tex” has been competing internationally with Hart since 2017 when they debut at Tryon Fall Dressage 2, winning the CPEDI3* Para Individual Grade III and Para Team Grade III tests. Tex and Hart had their first championship experience together at the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018, where they won bronze medals in the Grade III Individual Team Tests and a silver medal in the Grade III Freestyle. In 2022, Tex and Hart were selected to represent the U.S. at the CPEDI3* in Doha, Qatar, where the team won silver.
