Caracole de la Roque joined Karl Cook's barn in 2023 after much success for France, including a team silver medal at the 2022 FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ Final and a sixth-place team finish at the Agria FEI World Jumping Championships presented by Helgstrand, part of the ECCO FEI World Championships Herning 2022.

Since June of 2023, Caracole de la Roque and Cook have earned 12 top-10 finishes together, including five wins. The pair won the $38,700 C. Jarvis Insurance 1.45m CSI2* FEI Welcome and the $100,000 Lugano 1.45m CSI2* Grand Prix presented by Hagyard at Split Rock Hunter Jumper 1. Caracole de la Roque and Cook's next wins came in the $145,100 Grand Prix of Traverse City CSI3* Great Lakes Equestrian Festival IV followed by the $145,100 Agero Grand Prix CSI3* at the Silver Oak Jumper Tournament. They continued thier winning ways by taking top honors in the $650,000(cad) American Gold Cup CSI5*.
