Alex Shampoe is a young rider endurance athlete with an impressive resume. She won the Brunjes Junior/Young Rider Trophy in 2018 and was a member of the U.S. team at the 2019 FEI Endurance World Championship for Young Riders & Juniors in San Rossore, Pisa, Italy.

Shampoe claimed two wins in 2020: the Broxton Bridge CEIYJ1* 100 km ride with TA Kwik Dance and the Greenway Gallivant CEIYJ2* 120 km ride with Promissin Gold. She collected four wins in the first half of 2021: the Broxton Bridge January CEIYJ2* 120 km ride with Fine Cut Gold; the FITS CEIYJ2* 120 km ride with Fine Cut Gold; the FITS CEIYJ1* 100 km ride with Touch Gold; and the Broxton Bridge May CEIYJ2* 120 km ride with Fine Cut Gold.
