Katie Dinan and Dougie Douglas (Sportfot) Wellington, Fla. - Week six of the 2016 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) concluded on Sunday at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) in Wellington, FL, with hunter and jumper action across the show grounds.
