Squad Completes U.S. Vaulting Effort at WEG

The last U.S. Vaulters to compete at WEG, the squad from Woodside, have finished up. They improved on their previous freestyle score by earning a 7.861 score.

McCormick Secures at Least a Top 5 Finish

After a very good freestyle test this morning, Mary McCormick finishes the Women's Individual Vaulting competition on a score of 8.112. That has guaranteed her a top five finish in Normandy.

Elizabeth Iaonnou was the first of two U.S. vaulters to finish up in the Female Individual Final Competition at WEG today. She had aslip toward the end of her routine and ended up with a 7.677 score .

5th and 7th Place Finishes for U.S. Pas de Deux

Pas de Deux medals were the first vaulting medals to be awarded at WEG today. Though U.S. pairs finished off the podium, they weren't far off. Leading the U.S. effort were Kimberly & Cassidy Palmer in 5th place. Finishing just below them were Mary Garrett & Kristian Roberts.
