The statistics regarding the American Saddlebred Registry (ASR) Sweepstakes nominations and continuing eligibility are encouraging, with increases in numbers across the board. The Executive Board of the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) has voted to withdraw the proposed Strategic Plan.
