Lexington, KY - The American Saddlebred Registry (ASR) Board of Directors has adopted two new Registry rule changes. The rule changes were approved and adopted by the ASR Board of Directors at a meeting in February of this year, which took place in conjunction with the 2011 American Saddlebred Horse Association (ASHA) Annual Convention and Youth Conference, held in Lexington, Kentucky.
