The 2011 USEF Rulebook is now available on our website at https://www.usef.org/_IFrames/Rulebook/2011.aspx. All rules shown in red became effective 12/1/10. The chapters are in searchable PDF format, which are easily printable if needed. If you have a USB flash drive version of the rule book, please update it at least once a month.
