It seems to be the question on everyone's mind as the water continues to pour from the Kentucky sky. Despite a brief afternoon respite on Tuesday, the forecast remains grim for the next 36 hours. The Organizing Committee moved the first horse inspection from 3 PM to 10 AM to try to get the best of the weather as it continues to deteriorate Wednesday afternoon.
