USEF Statement on Temporary Lifting of Glefke and Farmer Suspensions

by US Equestrian Communications Department | Jan 4, 2018, 5:13 PM

Lexington, Ky. - The USEF was notified today that an Arbitrator has granted a request to temporarily relieve Larry Glefke and Kelley Farmer of their suspensions for violating USEF Drugs & Medications rules until a final hearing is held before the Arbitrator next month. Until further Order of the Arbitrator, any monies earned by, or awarded to, Glefke or Farmer, in any events, shall be held in escrow by their legal counsel. Subject to the final outcome of this case, Glefke and Farmer may be required to forfeit all prizes, points, and monies won while participating under the temporary order.

USEF will continue to vigorously defend this case and looks forward to presenting its full case and all evidence at the final hearing.

In order to preserve the integrity of the legal process, USEF will not comment further.
