Lexington, Ky. — US Equestrian is pleased to announce that the selection procedures for the 2027 FEI Vaulting World Championships for Junior and Young Vaulters, scheduled to take place from July 26-August 10, 2027 in Verolanuova, Italy, have been officially published.
The selection procedures outline the eligibility requirements, qualification pathways, and selection criteria for Junior and Young Vaulters seeking to represent the United States at the 2027 FEI Vaulting World Championships. Athletes and their connections are strongly encouraged to review the published procedures in full to ensure compliance with all requirements and deadlines. The full procedures can be found here. The deadline to apply for the 2027 FEI Vaulting World Championships is January 15, 2027.
The FEI has not yet published the qualification criteria, however, when the information regarding qualification is released, it will be updated and viewable here.
2027 Regional Observation Events – Applications Now Open
US Equestrian is also opening applications for the 2027 Regional Observation Events. The Selection Procedures for the 2027 FEI Vaulting World Championships require all athletes to compete in at least one Regional Observation Event. The events will serve as a key component of the selection process, providing athletes with the opportunity to demonstrate their readiness for international competition. The intent is to have one Observation Event in each region. These events will utilize the same judging pool to ensure consistency of judging in the selection process.
