When we launched the search for US Equestrian’s next Chief Executive Officer, we built the process to include direct input from the people who make up this sport. That work is now underway. Korn Ferry has begun individual conversations with stakeholders across the breeds and disciplines, and today the Community Input Survey opens to every member.

This is an opportunity for all of us, whether you are an amateur, professional, trainer, competition organizer, breed or discipline representative, official, volunteer, or fan, to share what you would like to see in our next CEO and where you believe the Federation should focus in the years ahead.
