Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian offers annual combined driving grants designed to strengthen the pipeline of opportunities within the U.S. driving community by supporting licensed competitions, developing organizers, and providing education and experience for current or aspiring licensed officials.
The application deadline for the 2026 USEF Combined Driving Grants for Competitions and Licensed Officials is January 1, 2026.
2026 USEF Competition Grant for Combined Driving
Grants may be awarded to competitions in the following categories:
- U.S. FEI competitions
- USEF-licensed CDEs
- USEF-licensed short format events
- USEF-licensed combined tests
Applications will be evaluated by USEF staff based on the information provided and, when applicable, previous competition reports and evaluations.
2026 Licensed Official Travel Grant for Combined Driving
This application offers financial support for USEF combined driving licensed officials and learners or new organizers who are seeking education and experience. The following categories are eligible to apply:
- Applicants seeking a USEF or FEI combined driving license or promotion
- Applicants seeking to become a new organizer or secretary for USEF-licensed combined driving competitions
- Applicants who have been an organizer or secretary for two years or less for USEF-licensed combined driving competitions
Applications are reviewed by the Driving Sport Committee, with funding approved through the overall USEF Driving budget by the USEF Board of Directors.
Completed applications must be submitted via email to Steven Morrissey, Managing Director, Sport Logistics & Non-Olympic Disciplines, at [email protected]. The deadline for all 2026 applications is January 1, 2026. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
