STEPHENS CITY, Virginia – The Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America (WPCSA) announced a temporary change in the fee schedule for registering older Welsh Ponies, Cobs and Half-Welsh. Effective until November 15, 2010, the registration fee for animals over 24 months of age will be reduced to $100 (a savings of over 50%). Transfers of ownership forms submitted with registrations will be charged $25 with no additional charge for multiple transfers of ownership.
