From Aug. 30 - Sept. 3, the USEF office will be closed while we move to our new building. During this time, USEF’s online tools and services—including the website, Customer Care Center, horse and member records, fax, and email—will be unavailable.
USEF does not own the current building on 4047 Ironworks, which we have been leasing since 2003. The decision to build a new USEF headquarters was made after extensive analysis and review by the leadership and Board. The benefits of a new building include a financial savings of several hundred thousand dollars annually versus our current headquarters, and a new building will provide a more collaborative work environment that will support our efforts to provide exemplary member services.
2. When will the USEF building move occur?
Friday, August 30, 2019, through Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
3. Where is USEF moving? What will the new address be?
We’re staying at the Kentucky Horse Park!
Effective Tuesday, September 3, 2019, our new address will be 4001 Wing Commander Way, Lexington, KY 40511.
4. Will the phone numbers change?
All USEF telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.
5. If I need to mail something to USEF, will you get it in time?
We are working with the postal service and package delivery companies to ensure that all mail and packages are directed to our new address. We will post updates with specific instructions regarding time sensitive items for our move weekend.
6. Will USEF services be impacted during the move time?
Our online tools and services, as well as Customer Care Center will be down for the entirety of the move (August 30, 2019 - September 3, 2019).
