Robert Dover

Hometown: Wellington, Fla. Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

Robert Dover has served in the role as Technical Advisor and Chef d’Equipe for The Dutta Corp. U.S. Dressage Team since 2013. Under his leadership, the U.S. Dressage Team returned to the podium at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, where the team won a bronze medal. Additionally, in 2015 Dover coached the U.S. Dressage Team to a gold medal at the Pan American Games. A six-time Olympian and four-time Olympic bronze medalist, Dover has earned more honors than any other U.S. dressage rider, competing in six consecutive Olympic Games and four FEI World Equestrian Games.

Hallye Griffin

Hometown: Lexington, Ky. Birthday: 7/4/1986 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

Hallye Griffin grew up in Lexington, Ky., competing in the discipline of eventing and as a member of the United States Pony Club. She attended Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky., and majored in Political Science. Beginning her employment in the 2010 Alltech® FEI World Equestrian Games Organizing Committee in the Competition Department, in 2011, Griffin joined US Equestrian as the Director of Dressage National Programs. Following the 2015 Pan American Games, Griffin was promoted to Managing Director, Dressage. Griffin’s role as team leader includes managing all logistics around the selection process and preparation for the Olympics, as well as coordinating the day-to-day plans for the U.S. Dressage Team while at the Olympics.

Laura Graves

Hometown: Geneva, Fla. Birthday: 7/22/1987 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

Laura Graves is a team bronze medalist and was fourth individually at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. She and Verdades are also two-time FEI World Cup™ Dressage Finals competitor; finishing second in 2017 and 2018 Graves was also a member of the U.S. Dressage Team for the 2014 FEI Alltech® World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France and a team gold medalist and silver individual medalist at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada. Graves has been a valuable member of The Dutta. Corp. U.S. Dressage Team, competing on numerous nations cup teams. In 2018, she was named to her second WEG team having earned a team silver in the FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany with Verdades. Throughout 2018, Graves and Verdades have earned eight first-place finishes both in the U.S. and abroad.

Adrienne Lyle

Hometown: Wellington, Fla. Birthday: 1/2/1985 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage Olympic Years: 2012, 2020

Adrienne Lyle is an Olympic dressage athlete from the 2012 London Games and from the silver medal-winning team at the 2020 Tokyo Games. She was a member of the U.S. Dressage team for the 2014 FEI Alltech® World Equestrian Games™ in Normandy, France and the silver medal-winning team from 2018 WEG in Tryon, N.C. In the lead up to Tryon, Lyle competed on all three U.S. Dressage Nations Cup teams, helping the U.S. earn gold at FEI Dressage Nations Cup USA, bronze at FEI Dressage Nations Cup The Netherlands, and silver at FEI Dressage Nations Cup Germany. With Harmony’s Duval, Lyle was on winning FEI Dressage Nations Cup – USA teams in 2020 and 2021. With Salvino, she placed second at the CDI4* FEI Grand Prix at CHIO Aachen in 2022.

Kasey Perry-Glass

Hometown: Wellington, Fla. Birthday: 10/12/1987 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage

Kasey Perry-Glass is a team bronze-medalist in the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games and a 2017 FEI World Cup Dressage Final competitor. A valuable team member, Perry-Glass has competed on several nations cups over the last three years for The Dutta. Corp. U.S. Dressage Team. After taking a break from competition in 2017, Perry-Glass and Goerklintgaards Dublet made their first appearance of 2018 at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival, where they won the CDI3* Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle to Music. They would go on to win the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018 Dressage Test Event and place second in the CDIO5* Grand Prix Freestyle to Music at CHIO Aachen.

Steffen Peters

Hometown: San Diego, Calif. Birthday: 9/18/1964 Sport/Disciplines: Dressage Olympic Years: 1996, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020

Steffen Peters is a five-time Olympian, including as a team bronze medalist in Rio de Janeiro 2016 with Legolas 92 and Atlanta 1996 with Udon, and a team silver medalist in Tokyo 2020 with Suppenkasper. He has also represented the U.S. at four FEI World Equestrian Games™, with a team silver from Tryon 2018, individual bronze from Lexington 2010, and team bronze from Aachen 2006. He is a two-time individual and team gold medalist at the Toronto 2015 and 2011 Guadalajara Pan American Games, and, in 2009, he won his first FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final with Ravel.
