WHAT IS A U.S. EVENTING OWNER?
An Eventing owner is an individual who is the sole owner or a member of a group of owners (syndicate, or partnership), whose horse is ridden by an athlete whose Administrative National Federation (NF) is the United States.
The US Equestrian Eventing Owners Program consists of recognition awards, hospitality events, resources on traveling to competitions and team events, as well as quarterly webinars to provide updates surrounding the Eventing Pathway Programs, upcoming Team Opportunities, hospitality and more.
The information displayed here is intended to provide both current and prospective eventing owners with resources in order to learn and access more information regarding topics pertinent to eventing ownership. If you are interested in learning more about eventing ownership or getting in touch with a current U.S. Eventing Owner to learn about their experience, please contact Julianna Olcott at [email protected].

“Eventing ownership has been an undeniable adventure as an owner for my daughter, and then a professional rider. I have now been an owner for 10 years and my love for sport, and having the privilege to support a rider has only increase. I encourage anyone and everyone to become involved in the ownership of a horse, how big or how small, it is such a thrill.”
– Carol Stephens, Eventing Owner for Sydney Elliott
