This form is only to be used for an event that was awarded a bid for the 2023-2027 U.S. Eventing Calendar. A modification to the date(s), Organizer(s), location, or ANY level awarded (including the levels below CCI3*-L) must be requested with this form. For these competitions, the process outlined in the 2023-2027 U.S. Eventing CCI4*-L, CCI4*-S, CCI3*-L, Advanced Policies and Procedures supersedes USEF Rule Book GR3. Competitions that were not part of the bid process apply for modifications per GR3.
