Julie Wolfert started riding at an early age in the Hunter Jumper world. She then made the transition to Eventing after she watched David O’ Connor win gold at the 2000 Sydney Olympics when she was eleven years old. She has had multiple successes with her horses throughout the years, with 2024 as her most successful competitive year thus far. In 2024, her accomplishments included competing at her first CCI4*-L, receiving five top 6 FEI placings, and finishing the season with a bang when she and Sheri Furske’s, Rene Senter’s, and her own, SSH Playboy won winning the CCI4*-L at Morven Park International and Horse Trials. When not traveling to competitions, Julie operates an extensive lesson program out of her training facility in Bucyrus, KS.
