SCOT MACGREGOR

Scot has been a professional horse trainer at MacGregor Stables in Murfreesboro, Tenn. for 40 years, specializing in both gaited horses and western dressage. He has judged gaited World, European, and Mexican championships, and conducted gaited horse clinics throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and Holland. He exhibited Tennessee Walking Horses at the 1984 Olympics, the 1997 Equitana in Essen, Germany, The Royal in Toronto, Canada, the 2010 World Equestrian Games, and the Rose Parade. Scot has won 98 WDAA world championships and nine division world championships since 2017, as well as a few thousand breed championships throughout his career. He has ridden two top ten finishers in endurance and been president of the Central Tennessee USDF GMO. In the last 35 years, Scot has designed and sold 12 custom bits, five of which are currently marekted as MacGregor bits through Winners Circle in Tennessee. Three thousands of his bits are currently being used.
