MARGARET L. PELLEGRINI

Originally from Tulsa, Okla., Molly holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and has a professional background in treasury management and hospitality services. She and her husband currently reside in Malvern, Pa. at their own Post Road Farm. Molly’s involvement in the equestrian industry began as a supportive parent when her daughter showed an early passion for riding. What started as horseback lessons quickly grew into deep engagement in the sport, largely influenced by the mentorship and community she found through Pony Club and eventing programs in southern California. Her volunteer journey saw her serve on the United States Eventing Association Area VI Council, supporting the Young Riders program and serving as Area Treasurer, before advancing to the national USEA Board of Governors. Over her tenure at the USEA, she has held roles including Vice President of Administration & Finance, committee leadership with the Young Event Horse program and the Emerging Athletes U21 program, as well as in intercollegiate and interscholastic eventing committees. Molly was elected USEA President and assumed the role in 2025. She is committed to enhancing membership value, promoting educational opportunities, supporting organizers, and advancing safety and accessibility across all levels of the sport.
