Cindy Butler is a professional horse show judge with 17 national licenses. She is the current president of Western Dressage Association of America. Cindy serves as the chairman of the advisory committee to the USEF National Breeds and Disciplines Council and chairman of the USEF Western Dressage Committee.  She also serves on the USEF National Breeds and Disciplines Council and the USEF Licensed Officials Committee.
