Charlotte has served on the USEF Western Committee since 2021. A third-generation American Saddlebred owner and exhibitor, she has extensive experience as a Western Pleasure rider and longtime industry volunteer. She was elected President of the Kentucky American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association (KASPHA) in 2022 (a charter club of the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association) and has served on the KASPHA board since 2019. Her competitive accomplishments include being a four-time United Professional Horseman's Association (UPHA) American Royal Western Pleasure National Champion, five-time UPHA Western Pleasure Horse of the Year, and three-time Saddle and Bridle Shatner Western Pleasure National Champion. She has also served as the Sponsorship and Trophy Coordinator for the World’s Championship Horse Show for more than 20 years. Charlotte resides in Louisville, Ky., with her husband and daughter (a fourth-generation American Saddlebred rider) and is a Certified Physician Assistant with 26 years of experience in the OB/GYN specialty.
