JOAN SHELTON-PALELEK
Joan Shelton-Palelek is a longtime horse show manager and licensed official. She is licensed as a C1/C2 USEF steward and steward measurement field examiner, and is a retired "R" regional/national judge.
In addition to her work as a licensed official, Joan volunteers her time to improving the sport as a member of multiple Arabian Horse Association commitees in addition to her service with the USEF.
