Wayne G Hipsley, BSc, MSc, CEO of Hipsley and Associates, LLC., is an internationally recognized equestrian educator, horse show judge, and equine evaluation expert with more than 50 years in the horse industry. He has served as the instructor for IALHA Judges' Seminars, member on the USEF A/L Breed Committee and a IALHA judge for 27 years. He has judged A/L horses in Australia and New Zealand and worked with their evaluation programs.
