The U.S. Center for SafeSport will update their SafeSport training courses on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Those who are in the process of completing a course need to complete it by Tuesday, March 24 to avoid having to restart from the beginning.

MEG WILLS-O'DANIEL

Meg Wills-O’Daniel has been an owner, trainer, and competitor for over 40 years. Her experience ranges through a diversity of breeds, including Arabian, Saddlebred, Morgan, Quarter Horse, Paint, Palomino, Missouri Foxtrotter, Tennessee Walker, Paso Fino, Miniature, Welsh Pony, Welsh Cob, Clydesdale, Friesian, and racking horses. Meg has also been a judge, coach, and competitor in a range of disciplines, including halter/breeding/showmanship, Western, Hunter, English pleasure, show hack, hunter over fences, working cow horse, ranch horse, competitive trail and endurance, trail challenges, and pleasure and combined driving. She has coached multiple AHCA national and reserve champions and has taken several of her own horses to national and reserve championships in various disciplines.

Meg is the founder of Horsemen of Arkansas, and is part of the National American Horsemen Challenge Association’s board. As a judge, she is certified through WPCSA, is a “AAA” through AHCA and is a USEF Welsh “R.” 

She owns and manages Laurelwyn Equine Services in Hensley, Ark., and holds a BS in equestrian science from Stephens College.
