Maureen has been involved with Saddlebreds, Morgans, and Hackneys for nearly 40 years, and owned and operated Dar Maur Manor Stables in Sauquoit, N.Y., since 1989. She is a USEF Licensed Official holding judge's cards in Saddlebred/Hackney/Roadster, Morgan, and Saddle Seat Equitation, and also holds a provisional Welsh License. She currently serves as President of the New York State Hackney Association and a board member of the American Saddlebred Horse Association of New York, also serving as President and Hackney Advocate. She is also Vice President of the American Hackney Horse Society Board of Directors. She is a lifetime member of the American Hackney Horse Association, as well as a member of the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association, American Road Horse and Pony Association, American Morgan Horse Association, and Welsh Pony and Cob Society of America. She has exhibited ponies and horses at all levels at various county fairs and regional and national shows. Maureen and CH CB Party Girl have been awarded numerous World Championship titles. Maureen herself was inducted to the American Hackney Horse Society Hall of Fame in 2025, and has received multiple Service and Exhibitor awards through the years. She currently serves on multiple USEF and Affiliate boards and committees, as well as having wrote and submitted rule changes and bylaws that are now in effect.
