Carrie earned her B.A. in psychology from Western Washington University and is currently a national and international sales representative at Ampac Seed Company. She owns one Purebred Arabian who she shows at the local, regional, and national levels. Having been heavily involved in the industry, Carrie served as Secretary, Vice President, President, and Board Member of the Daffodil Arabian Horse Association. She is serving as Past Director of the Region Five Arabian Horse Association (AHA), having previously been both Vice Director and Director, as well as currently sitting on the Board of the Arabian Hunter Pleasure Association. She is also a USEF C2 "R" Steward and Washington State Horsemen Judge. Carrie serves on the AHA Futurity Committee in addition to the USEF Arabian Committee, and is a two-time Volunteer of the Year recipient.
