SANDY CROOTE

Sandy is the Chairman of the USEF Shetland Pony Committee and resides in Knoxville, Tenn. Having judged over 300 shows, Sandy is carded in the USEF; Sr. American Miniature Horse Association; Large "R" American Sheltand Pony Club/American Show Pony Registry; World Class Miniature Horse Registry; Gypsy Vanner Horse Society & Gypsy Vanner Horse Registry of America; American Donkey and Mule Society; North American Saddle Mule Association; National Miniature Donkey Association; National Sport Performance Pony Registry; Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America; National Open Horse Show Association; Open Horse Show Assocation; Pony of the Americas Club; and is also a Sr. Steward. Sandy has served as a clinician at Equine Affaires in Ohio and Massachusetts, appeared as a horse wrangler on the season nine premiere of hit television show The Walking Dead, and was featured on Horse Girl TV. She has been interviewed by and spotlighted in several magazines, including the Practical Horseman, John Lyons Perfect Horse, the Pinto Horse Association of America magazines, and Trail Rider Magazine. She has been a contributing writer in the American Miniature Horse Registry Journal and is also author of the The Judges Reference Manual and Exhibitors Learning Book, both of which have sold well throughout the U.S. and abroad.
