Cindy Mugnier has been a professional horsewoman, riding instructor, and judge for more than 30 years. She has served on the boards of the United States Equestrian Federation and American Morgan Horse Association, and is a current board member of the United Professional Horsemen's Association, the Morgan Grand National, UPHA CH-14, Massachusetts Morgan Horse Association and International Saddle Seat Equitation Association.

She has judged extensively in the United States as well as Canada, England, Sweden, and South Africa. Cindy co-chairs the Morgan Judges Education Committee, has coached Gold Medal World Cup teams and judged the international saddle seat competition twice.
