- For incidents occurring at all levels of USEF licensed competitions, USEF relieves affiliates of the financial and regulatory burden of providing a report, response, and resolution process.

- Manages the competition calendar to provide access to riders and horses of all levels, allowing them to advance and improve their competitive skills.
