The Competition Date Approval Task Force presented their recommendations to the Board of Directors of the United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. at their July 6, 2004 mid-year meeting in Lexington, Kentucky. Lexington, KY – The United States Equestrian Federation today announced that due to a veterinary issue Kim Severson has withdrawn He’s Got Rhythm from the short list of 2004 Olympic Team candidates. San Juan Capistrano, CA - Robert Dover did it again today and in some kind of style, Freestyle to be exact, with a score today of 81.70 in the Bayer/USET Foundation Festival of Champions presented by State Line Tack.
